RadiantGrid™ Platform

Catalog Management & Publishing

RadiantGrid provides a path to take customer content from their legacy DAM architectures to digital retailers, called catalog management.

Many customers find themselves with archives of content that they want to monetize. These customers may already have DAM (digital asset management) systems in place, but these don’t provide a path to the digital retailers (i.e. iTunes, Hulu, Netflix).

Benefits

Catalog management enables the import of metadata from DAM systems and from content itself, the maintenance of asset relationships (i.e. masters, poster art, preview files) required by the digital retailers, the transcoding into the appropriate formats, the publishing of metadata into the appropriate schemas, and the digital distribution of the transcoded content and metadata to the digital retailers.

As part of catalog management, we provide rich user interface tools to upload content, manage asset relationships, edit and view metadata, search/browse the catalog, manage transcoding and storage management settings, and submit requests to transcode, publish and deliver the content directly to the digital retailers.
