During program or multitrack assembly, the video and audio streams can be manipulated on a frame level or sample level. With its low-level media processing plug-in model, the RadiantGrid transcoding engine can adjust gamma, change brightness, or other common video processing parameters. Also, the engine can boost audio volume, apply two-pass normalization, apply audio watermarks, or change other common audio processing parameters.
Many low-level video and audio parameters can be assigned as part of the transcoding settings. Also, upon customer request, additional media processing plug-ins can be developed to manipulate other parameters in the transcoding pipeline.
