RadiantGrid provides a watermark management service, which is integrated with the RadiantGrid Platform. This service supports the insertion of watermarks into content at ingest time, as well as at transcode time. The service is based on a central watermark identifier repository. These watermarks are stored as metadata in the asset management system to enable future search/retrieval of assets based on their watermark identifiers. The watermarking service provides for persistent and unique watermarks to be applied to content, which can be leveraged across the organization for both forensic, archival and future business objectives.
